Season Summary

The 2023 Colorado Buffaloes football team finished the 2023 season with a 4-8 record, 2-7 in Pac-12 play, finishing in last place in the South Division. This was an improvement over the previous season where they went 1-11.

Head coach Karl Dorrell was fired after the season.

Key Players

The Buffaloes' offense was led by quarterback Owen McCown, who threw for 2,293 yards and 19 touchdowns. Running back Anthony Hankerson rushed for 1,003 yards and 11 touchdowns. Wide receiver Daniel Arias led the team with 65 catches for 844 yards and 5 touchdowns.
