Sony Pictures Animation Logo

Sony Pictures Arbotek Ultra Animation Modified Launched

Sony Pictures Animation Logo History 2006-present

First Logo (2006-2011)

The original Sony Pictures Animation logo was introduced in 2006 and featured a blue and white color scheme. The logo featured the text "Sony Pictures Animation" in a stylized font, with the "S" and "A" in blue and the rest of the text in white. The logo was used on all of Sony Pictures Animation's films released from 2006 to 2011, including "Surf's Up," "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," and "The Smurfs."

Second Logo (2011-present)

In 2011, Sony Pictures Animation unveiled a new logo that retained the blue and white color scheme but featured a more modern design. The text "Sony Pictures Animation" is now set in a sans-serif font, and the "S" and "A" are now connected. The logo has been used on all of Sony Pictures Animation's films released since 2011, including "Hotel Transylvania," "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," and "The Mitchells vs. the Machines."
