The small Oklahoma community of Barnsdall is in dire need of prayers and support after a powerful tornado tore through the area on Monday night, causing widespread damage and leaving at least one person dead.
Drone footage captured by WX Chasing, which covers extreme weather worldwide, shows the extent of the devastation in Barnsdall. The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety held a press conference in the town on Tuesday morning to provide updates on the situation.
KSN Storm Tracker Jacob Honeycutt also captured footage of the aftermath, showing damaged buildings and debris scattered throughout the area. The tornado, which was part of a larger storm system that swept across the Midwest, also caused significant damage in nearby Bartlesville.
